Platform Architecture Summary

Chorus operates across four interconnected layers:

Devices → FHIR Data Layer → Intelligence Layer → Applications

Device Layer — Cellular-enabled medical devices securely transmit biosignals without requiring patient smartphone dependency.

FHIR Data Layer — All clinical data is stored as FHIR R4 resources using US Core profiles. Observations, DiagnosticReports, Encounters, Devices, and Claims are versioned and auditable.

Intelligence Layer — Machine learning models analyze incoming biosignals, detect anomalies, classify risk, and generate structured outputs linked to underlying FHIR resources. AI findings are explainable and subject to clinician review.

Application Layer — Provider, patient, and administrative interfaces enable monitoring, communication, documentation, and billing workflows. Event-driven logic connects clinical actions to revenue processes.

This modular architecture supports interoperability, scalability, and enterprise integration.
